Alexa improves smart reminders
Amazons Echo has previously been limited in its reminders as they only work in the room or Echo device you set them. What is really useful is if Amazon could allow you to set reminders across all your Echo devices. The good news is that you can now do this thanks to a new upgrade. This can be set within the Alexa app and more specifically in the Reminders & Alarms system. When adding a reminder you can select to announce from All Devices rather than just one. Amazon has become aware of people’s desire to have use of the broader Amazon system in their home. The Drop-In feature is a great example of this in action. Essentially, you can use one Echo as an intercom for other speakers around the home.
